The Steering Committee of the CHANCE project

The Steering Committee shall be composed of the following consortium partners and their representatives:

I. Tasks

General:

The general task of the Steering Committee is to ensure that the appropriate expertise is identified and ensured and that

a/  the project timeline – in accordance with the grant agreement will be kept;

b/ the project operative and financial management keeps the EACEA guidelines and rules.

Furthermore, the Steering Committee will monitor follow up to ensure the realization of the tasks reflected in the grant agreement and more specifically in the bilateral agreements.

Specific:

  • Agree on the date and agenda of the Project Development Teams’ (PDT) workshops
  • Provide quality assurance for the newly developed teaching modules and monitor the pilot teaching programs 
  • Hold meetings as required either jointly to the DTs workshops or via online technique
  • Provide input for the drafting of and will agree on the project’s interim and final report
  • Will discuss and agree on eventual alterations occurring during the realization
